Who are we?

Despite starting out as a family business, we always have been very ambitious and persistent in creating something new, something outrageous, yet brilliant. Like all entrepreneurs, we began with a great idea, but faced the struggle of putting that idea into practice, however the hard work must have paid off. After 4 years we are happy to announce that we are going international and we are ready to launch our own franchise! Yes, you read it right…

We are all entrepreneurs, which means we are facing and solving problems on a daily basis. Our latest obstacle is the pandemic and the damage it has already caused in our economy. Due to the restrictions and the lack of tourism, we are left to find new, alternatives ways to fund our plans and maintain the profitability of our restaurants. 

Our solution to all this…

1. As part of a collaboration with Szent István University and the Hungarian Diary and Research Institute, the development and production of our very own vegan products are still ongoing. These self- manufactures products are going to be available in local shops, restaurants and up for resellers in the market.
2. We are also rebranding our existing products and started to improve their quality and marketing.
3. We started our own meal plan as well, which includes a weekly delivery of these vegan meal options targeting busy people who have no or less time to cook during the week, but still would like to follow the vegan diet.
4. In association with the Hungarian Franchise Association, we updated our delivery system, and introduced a user friendly know- how operational system with downloadable manuals for customers.
5. But most importantly, we are launching our crowdfunding campaign with Tokeportal.hu, where we ask the crowd to help us reach our goals.

Crowdfunding is when businesses, organizations, or individuals fund a project or venture with small donations from many people. By receiving the necessary boost to cash flow, these ventures can get off the ground or launch new projects. Most of these campaigns happen via internet platforms, have set timeframes for when money can be raised and disclose specific monetary goals.

A little statistics

The graph shows a strong work ethic, but more importantly the capability to achieve great things. From zero, we reached 1.5 million HUF profit, thus we are confident, and our campaign will reach the target capital.

Revenue division:

Our main source of income comes from catering and the sales of our own vegan products. Catering, franchise system, our international stores, launch of our new vegan products commercially will increase our income accordingly in the next 4 years.

We are planning the launch of the commercialisation of our own vegan products in 2022, and calculating with a strong increase in other sources of revenue due to the explosion in demand.

Expenses and cost allocation

In year 1, personnel costs are the most significant with 39.77%, costs of food production accounts for 31.06%, fixed costs represent 16.86%, variable costs 5.56% and Capex is 6.75%. 

As a result of the continuous expansion, the allocation of costs will change for year 4: the costs calculated for the production of food increase up to 54.25%, personnel and fixed costs are going to be 28.04% and 13.38%, while variable and Capex costs will account for roughly 2.84 and 1.48% of the total amount. Expenditures are constantly increasing along with the expansion of our restaurant chain. However, while we forecast a 10.8 times increase in net sales revenue, it is only 5.2 times growth in costs. In 2021 we employ on average 66 people, which will expand to 187 for the fourth year due to new restaurant openings. The gross wage bill will increase from EUR 69k per month to 280k per month.
